1. Returns – Restocking Fee
Within 50 days of Purchase
Returns are accepted for the full product credit if received at our warehouse within 50 days of the date of purchase in the original packaging that is still in retail condition.
After 50 days
We cannot accept merchandise returns 50 days after the time of purchase.
2. Shipping Costs
Please bear in mind that our refunds do not include reimbursement of shipping fees.
3. Return Procedures/Getting an RMA.
Please email our customer service department TEAM@CRITICALCYCLES.COM with your order number to make a return.
4. Conditions for Return
Refunds cannot be granted for merchandise unsuitable for resale. Merchandise must come with its original packaging and will be subject to inspection. Merchandise that has been marked, damaged by the customer, or with crushed packaging cannot be accepted.
5. Product Shortages
Any product shortage must be reported within 48 hours from receipt of the order. Shortages must be documented on the Delivery Receipt.
